Born in the corridors of the university, Conversation X is a space to examine absent and often overlooked narratives. It is a platform established to grapple with identity, power, popular culture and the arts. Since its inception, the blog has morphed into a space for young intellectuals and creatives to think through the complexities of the everyday.

The contributors engage in critical conversations that strive to overstep our trend-based Web in order to provide creative and provocative commentaries on art, culture, politics, coming of age and beyond. This blog acts as a stage to think through important issues.

Conversation X contributors intend to pen stories about the human condition. We do so with a commitment to intersectionality, accessibility and feminism—we do so with open hearts and open minds.
